Volunteers work in a number of different areas at the Niagara Children’s Centre.
Volunteers may work in:
- Awareness and Fundraising Events
- Adapted Gym Programs
- Aquatics Programs
- Preschool Program
- And in a variety of other therapy programs that are run by our speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, recreation therapist or social workers.
Volunteers must be 16 years of age to volunteer at Niagara Children’s Centre and must have a valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check (if over 18). If you do not have a valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check, to get the application form please click here.

Volunteers may also participate in our specialized school for children with special needs. Volunteers follow the direction of the teacher and help individual students with their academics as well as their therapy needs.
