  Dorothy Harvey has been advocating for members of the local community with physical, developmental and communicative delays for more than 30 years.   On March 31, Harvey will retire from her role as Director of Clinical Services for Niagara Children’s Centre after overseeing more than 20,000 children and youth under her leadership.   Her path to Director began with the birth of her daughter Kate in 1986. This inclusive event is unique and a barrier-free way for all children to enjoy trick or treating!
