School Based Rehabilitation Services

Who We Are

The mandate of the School Based Rehab Services (SBRS) at Niagara Children’s Centre is to provide access to OT, PT and SLP services for students with rehabilitation/habilitation needs in order for the student to attend school, participate in school routines and receive instruction. The program provides in-school rehabilitation services to enable the student’s attendance and participation in publically funded educational settings.

School Based Rehabilitation Services are one component of a continuum of care for children receiving services through Niagara Children’s Centre who are attending the publically funded school system.
