We offer a full catalogue of FREE events for children, youth, and their families to receive information, education, support as well as opportunities to connect with others with shared experiences. We also offer opportunities for children and youth to engage in inclusive, accessible recreation activities and skill development in group settings.

Self-Care Walk & Talk

Self-Care Walk & Talk
Our group will provide you with the mental, emotional and physical benefits of walking plus the social opportunity to make connections with other Centre Parents and Caregivers. For the months of November and December, we will meet and walk at the Canada Games Park. Dress for the weather as we will decide each morning whether we will walk indoors or outdoors depending on the forecast! Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. After our walk, join us inside for a coffee and visit.
