We offer a full catalogue of FREE events for children, youth, and their families to receive information, education, support as well as opportunities to connect with others with shared experiences. We also offer opportunities for children and youth to engage in inclusive, accessible recreation activities and skill development in group settings.

Yoga
Participate in this adapted yoga session guided by a certified instructor who is also an occupational therapist. Parents and caregivers are required to remain in the program space throughout the session.
Suggested Ages: 6-11 (If you think this sounds like a good fit for your child and they are outside the suggested age, please do not hesitate to reach out).
