We also offer opportunities for children and youth to engage in inclusive, accessible recreation activities and skill development in group settings.

Self-Care Walk & Talk

Self-Care Walk & Talk
Our group will provide you with the mental, emotional and physical benefits of walking plus the social opportunity to make connections with other Centre Parents and Caregivers. Meet us at the Canada Games Park inside the front doors for a gentle 30-minute Walk and Talk Group. Dress for the weather as we will decide each morning whether we will walk indoors or outdoors depending on the forecast! Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. After our walk, join us inside for a coffee and visit.
