Our group will provide you with the mental, emotional and physical benefits of walking plus the social opportunity to make connections with other Centre Parents and Caregivers. Join us at the Niagara Children’s Centre for a gentle 30-minute Walk and Talk Group. We will walk together at the accessible Glenridge Quarry Naturalization Site or the accessible Brock University grounds. Dress for the weather! Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. After our walk, join us inside for a coffee and visit.
